This duo of Dan Pavelich on vocals, guitars, bass, and keys, and Van Dyke Brown on drums and percussion, presents a good blend of power pop, psychedelic rock, and indie rock, with wonderful harmonies and lyrics about the ups and down of relationships.

They’re also feminists. Andrea Perry sings "Natalie Would" and is a good foil for Dan, as her take is basically “sorry it didn’t work out” and Dan knows it.

This is a good, solid, well made and played album with meaningful, sincere lyrics. It's an enjoyable listen that is worth picking up.
